At BloomBurst, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to make cancellations as simple as possible.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at info@bloomburstdrinks.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions
We cannot accept cancellations for:
- Clearance or final sale products
Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved before processing:
- A full refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Already Shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
