All product descriptions, images, and availability details are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to reflect accurate information.

5. Ordering & Payment

Once you place an order via Shopify checkout, payment is processed securely by your selected payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment details and bear responsibility for any required transaction fees.

6. Pricing

All prices are shown in CAD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping: We ship to the provinces of Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NB, QC, NS, PEI, NL). Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to the territories. Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location. We will make reasonable attempts to update you regarding any foreseeable delays in shipping.

We take care in packaging your order so that it may arrive safely to you. However, in the event that an order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and send to info@bloomburstdrinks.com. We will either send another order on us or refund you the price of the order.

  Returns/Cancellations:
  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placement.
• As the products we sell are perishable beverages, we do not accept returns.

8. Warranty & Liability Limitations

Products are sold "as is" unless otherwise specified. We disclaim all warranties—express or implied (e.g., merchantability, fitness). Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
